Maximum resistance - that's a HIRO™ spotlight. With epolished V4A stainless steel and ultra-clear safety glass, it is designed to meet the highest demands. Due to IP68 and IP69 protection and the innovative CapStop™, the floodlight remains watertightness and prevents moisture inside. It can withstand a load of to two tonnes and can be rotated through 350° to align the light perfectly.

Based on more than 70 years of experience in the field of underwater lighting, HIRO™ was developed to meet the highest demands. The floodlights guarantee absolute watertightness and maximum resilience. They are also certified to the highest mechanical load standard IK11.

RETHINKING INSTALLATION

A new type of installation in the ground simplifies mounting and utilisation. The stainless steel installation sleeve, consisting of three parts, is highly loadable thanks to its structure, yet lightweight and sustainable. There is also enough space for junction boxes.

Targeted lighting

Once installed, the spotlight can be rotated by 350° to align the light perfectly to the object. This guarantees uniform illumination and a consistent design in daylight, even after installation. The LED unit can also be tilted by 15° to enable targeted lighting.

EYE FRIENDLY

The black matt interior significantly reduces glare without the need for additional accessories. Glare is further reduced by mounting the LED unit low down in the housing.

A PIONEERING INNOVATIONTINY BUT MIGHTY

The newly developed CapStop™ is a world first and a masterstroke. Water ingress caused by the capillary effect via the cable and the cable inner is stopped 100 %. Humidity from junction boxes or technical rooms can no longer penetrate the spotlight. The spotlight is completely encapsulated making the risk of moisture or water drops on the inner glass a thing of the past. This eliminates the risk of lighting failure due to humidity.
